Thank you for your interest in Moulton Real Estate & Construction, a family owned and run business, celebrating 35 years as an authorized builder/dealer of modular homes, as well as a licensed general contractor in Massachusetts. When we set our first house in 1971, we were one of the first in Massachusetts to use  modular housing as an alternative construction method. Modular construction is a concept we have strongly supported since it became available.We knew then, as we know now, that our modular home products are superior to the competition.

With our modular home factory affiliations, we can provide our customers with exactly the home they require. Our portfolio of styles includes everything from ranch styles under 900 sq ft to a 3500 sq ft reproduction Victorian, 5000 sq ft colonials, and contemporaries. In between are our most popular designs: New England Cape Cods (available as expandable or completed second floors), raised ranches, split levels, garrisons, colonials; all are available with traditional or contemporary finishing. You have the option of custom design for your dream home; we strive to provide you with a total spectrum of choice.
