2. State and local codes are met in the building of all our homes. In many instances, the homes are built above and beyond minimum codes. All our house plans are inspected by a 3rd party and certified to state code compliance.
3. Full time quality control continues throughout the construction process from frame to finish..
4. State of the art technology is used in designing and construction of our homes CAD, truss engineering, microlan beams, clear span  construction, plus all the manufacturing tools being used during construction.
5. Less on site time is needed when your new home arrives;we set it on the foundation in one day. At that point it is 90 % . Less site time, equals less subcontractor time, equals less cost.
6. Financing experience with banks is positive. Any bank that can do construction financing will be able to finance modular home construction. We work with many banks who will be able to assist you.
7. Complete warranty package is included with all homes.
